Introduction

Moore Health and Fitness is a privately owned gym located in Monroe, LA that provides many different value fitness options. Carlfred Giles, Founder of Planet3w teamed up with Chuck Moore, Owner of Moore Health and Fitness to tackle some unique challenges in the business and launch a new integrated responsive website.

The Challenge

The biggest challenge Moore Health and Fitness faced was the old website had inaccurate information and was not responsive and there was difficulty in signing up new members online and connecting those memberships to their point of sale and gym software. We setup user and conversion tracking software to diagnose the bottlenecks in the existing signup process. We then set out to correct these problems and create a brand new experience that integrated directly into their point of sale system.

The new responsive website makes it easy to find the club hours, schedules, and contact information of your gym while on the go. The end result is a beautiful new website that offers the ability to promote location, products, and up-sells.
